we feel pretty strongly that meals out should be a social affair and we want you to spend time laughing and chatting, not buried in a russian novel sized drinks menu. to this end, we keep our lists tight and take our lead from the food menu, what we love to drink and small producers who we’re super excited about

the drinks lists change every time we have a good idea, so here’s a snapshot of some of our current favourite things:

aperitif: istine vermouth di radda

beautiful rosato vermouth from tuscany. bright, delicate and a perfect sipper as is or with an ice cube and a twist of grapefruit

cocktail: get to the chopper

on from day one and still our favourite. a whole load of rum, a whole load of bitters, acidized pineapple and coconut cream

beer: garage project ‘pickle beer’ cucumber sour

superb hot weather beer, extra refreshing and a rare and wonderful gift to those who (like us) enjoy their sours on the less fruity side

non alcoholic: Citron press

fresh citrus juice, our house pear & kaffir cordial, sparkling water

wine: harrison ‘sol blanco’ roussanne, grenache blanc

swoon-worthy in the extreme, muscly roussane, flamboyant grenache and a whole lot of soul make this ode to the south of france top of our list

after dinner: brookies ‘mac’ wattleseed & macadamia liqueur

perfect after dinner sipper on ice with a twist of orange peel. lighter than a coffee liqueur and fresher than a nut liqueur, we can’t enough of this stuff

  Takeaway Drinks

Good times with fun drinks shouldn’t be limited to our four walls. you can absolutely grab a bargain to enjoy with your takeaway at home - huzzah!

beer: all tap beers available in growlers or squealers for those who have one

wine: we’re so proud of our little wine list and most of it would be pretty tricky to source on your own, so we’ve ignored sensible pricing in the interests of celebrating great plonk and made our whole list available to take home at $30, $40 and $50 price points

sprits: our chilli & tamarind margarita has a cult following, so we can bottle it to order and help you make curry night on the sofa a proper party and for those who fear the chilli, we can also make a pear & kaffir version
